Physical relocation is a logistical service that allows the management of the flow of pallets for a local customer’s account, or event beyond the French border. The customer’s pallet account is similar to a "credit-debit" banking system that relies on the following principles.

By supplying a specific quantity of EUR pallets to a company, PGS creates a credit column (deposit pallets at selling price) in the customer’s account. When the company indicates where the pallets can be recovered and that the operation is confirmed, PGS picks them up at the indicated location and the debit column (pallet withdrawal at recovery price) is filled in. Each “pallet” movement is linked to a debit or credit operation that is clearly shown in the customer’s account.

By giving the pallet a trade value, a manger can optimize the management of his stock of pallets by eliminating the return trip of empty pallets.
